You'll each start with being equipped with a shortsword, shortspear and a sling with various stones scattered about the arena, as well as leather armour. Your equipment will change between fights and you'll quickly be able to buy and choose your weapons and armour.

Any books allowed however you can't play any class that gets 9th level spells/powers. So no Psions, Sorcerers, Wizards, Clerics, druids etc...

Also your character sheets themselves will be kept secret so just post here a description of your character while PMing me your actual sheet.

Jamven Soulaxe was a down on his luck Dwarf who had the misfortune to be living in Kasserat during the invasion and he was quickly recruited into the military to help combat the Clockwork Nation. He was involved in a few minor engagements along the border before the company he was part of was called back to the capital to bolster the defences there. Unfortunately they were ambushed and captured by the Clockwork Nation and thrown in the gladitorial arena.

Russel was a militia member, always between jobs and so volunteered to be a member of the town watch, when it was captured he was enslaved by the clockwork nation and brought to the arena.A tall, gaunt man with a strange glint in his eye.

Rushir was content to live outside of all civilisation, and would often chase away woodcutters and others from 'his' forest. However, when the Clockwork army advanced through the trees to surprise the city from their, he attempted to slip through their lines - unsuccessfully. He was quickly caught and forced to work with the other slaves, then taken to the arena.

Ellrich was a bad person. 45. 45 innocent people he has killed in the last 8 years. 45 before he got caught. Then he got thrown into the arena. He doesn't care. He can still kill here. That is what keeps him happiest. And should he die then... Well he enjoyed his life. Murder was fun, and as punishment he thrown in here to kill more. Ha. Stupid laws. He shall gave fun here. Even of it his last.

Mandarb had not expected this, to be hauled into the arena like a sack of rotten goods, but he would remember, and he will live.
Who would've though a man in his prime could be taken so easily for "wrong doing", they never see his point of view...
Above all he must keep faith, and somehow fight his way out of here.

Atrisha phelps is a young woman shaking with fear at being drawn into this. She doesnt even know how to fight, she is scared, young and seems helpless... Where did it all go so wrong? She had wwanted to settle down after her jobs were done, and having left the harsh mountain conditions, travelled to the towns to find that no one spoke to each other and no-one seemed to know anone else, then the soldiers came and took her away...

And she died...

Astrid or ash is a tall, gaunt woman. Her prematurely grey hair hangs down her back and while most of the prisoners quake with fear or break down and cry she just stares straght ahaed, harddly blinking. She seems to radiate this aura of " I am here, you don't belong here, in my precence."
